Being an innovator, someone who contributes something fresh to a genre, the audience of which struggles to accept something experimental, while keeping the basic premises of it intact with reality of the genre itself.
We are glad to welcome back the first person to be signed to our label since it's public start: Adam Sabroi. With his first EP "Naked Mole Rat Genome", he has established our philosophy towards music we sign to our label: it must push both personal and widely accepted boundaries of music artists write, keeping the musical form, sound design and other components always fresh and interesting, yet it must retain it's initial premise.
Someone like Adam fits well into the role of musical innovator. With his love to brostep, glitch/idm and neuro shapes of electronic music, he sets up a new bar for popular dubstep sound that went stale as of recent. Now with the release of his new EP "String Theory", he contributes even more to these genres and keeping the "experimentalism" up to the maximum, taking that "Xfer Serum" brostep aesthetic and mangling it until it becomes his own signature.
Having his friend Ayden .KAGE to contribute something special with their collaboration "Droste Effect", this 5-track EP is full of high energy material that keeps everyone hooked throughout the entire piece. We know that the future of music is in good hands, such people like Sabroi always have something amazing to contribute with their releases.
And, as for you, listener: as always, we thank you for staying with us on our endless journey.
The perfect ep- Culprate doing what he does best, and with a much darker tone this time than ever before, with two excellent remixes from three amazing new upcomers and one stellar VIP by the man himself.
Nothing beats the feelings behind this release. silhouetters
